10/10. Our heating element had gone bad on our dryer and was no longer working. I called Hoslers with a very friendly interaction to schedule an appointment about 1 week out. I ended up having a change in plans and had an available day 2 days after my phone call. They were able to fit me in around their schedule! They were very accomodating. The actual labor/service provided was excellent! I believe his name was Dane. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. I waited to post a review just to make sure my dryer is really fixed. It is still running great! Thank you Hoslers!

My rating is a 5 star and always will be! Hoslers is an amazing business in downtown columbia city. They are on point with their appliance repairs. He always orders parts before he comes over he can fix it the day he shows up. It is never more than a week out, and that is because of part ordering. The business owners are super kind and helpful! I 100% recommend them for any appliance repair!

Hosler’s has always been an incredible and valuable asset to our little community, but it’s even more important these days to support locally-owned businesses. We are so very happy with their expertise, kind nature, and quick/complete installation of a new dishwasher today in our old home that has never had one. Thanking them and our Lord for their continued presence in Columbia City!!
