My rating is a 5 star and always will be! Hoslers is an amazing business in downtown columbia city. They are on point with their appliance repairs. He always orders parts before he comes over he can fix it the day he shows up. It is never more than a week out, and that is because of part ordering. The business owners are super kind and helpful! I 100% recommend them for any appliance repair!

I needed my GE dishwasher fixed due to a leak. I was told 1-2 weeks. Week 3 I called to ask where I was in line for the repair. They sent a guy over. He said he needed to order a part. Didn't hear from him, so I called a week and a half later to check to see if he was coming back. The lady who answered the call was rude "he will call you when he gets the part". Its been 2 months since this started. No return call to say he ordered the part, he couldn't get the part, or its on back order. So my son in law is going to fix it. He went in to see if they had the part. Its a high pressure hose. The guy added hose to the inside of the hose and said this will work. You have to have the proper high pressure hose. You cannot jerry rig something together for this fix. Then told my son in law he couldn't order the part. Well why didn't anyone call me to tell me this. I will never do busy with them again.

Hosler’s has always been an incredible and valuable asset to our little community, but it’s even more important these days to support locally-owned businesses. We are so very happy with their expertise, kind nature, and quick/complete installation of a new dishwasher today in our old home that has never had one. Thanking them and our Lord for their continued presence in Columbia City!!
