I have used Flow Tech since moving to the Whitley county area 20 years ago. They are my go to for any HVAC questions or issues. Prompt, courteous and trustworthy service. Highly recommend!
Our hot water heater went out this morning and we had a new one installed before noon! Garrett was great to work with and provided excellent service. We have used FlowTech several times over the years and have always been very happy with them.
What can I say, Jacob arrived early and just jumped right in after listening about the problem I was having. Most technicians want to just get the job done; however, Jacob asked me if I wanted to see the work he was doing. Of course I wanted to see it and it was so neat. He showed me exactly what the problem was what it looked like and what he was going do to solve it. While he was doing it, we both were able to talk about our families and we had a lot of laughs. I am so glad that he was able to fix the problem and allowed me to get to know him. Thank you Jacob and Flow Tech!!
