This is a very high class establishment with attention to detail, color, and quality. I highly recommend this over a grocery floral department. It’s the absolute difference between Doctor Thunder pop and Doctor Pepper. The difference between off brand A1 sauce and Steak Sauce. This place is THE PLACE! If you are going to spend money for something nice for your lady. You get your monies worth. Very high quality items!

Used for the first time to send flowers to a funeral, they were so incredibly helpful and the flowers were gorgeous. Price was also much better than other florist in the area. Would definitely use again.

I am so pleased!!!! didn’t realize when I put an order in late last night for delivery today that the website said to allow 24 hours to process. I called this morning and they said it wasn’t a problem and they had it delivered early afternoon today. It’s even more beautiful than the stock photo! And they copied my order note word for word.

Bravo Baskets just created the MOST BEAUTIFUL casket spray for my father’s casket!! I cannot express my appreciation for the beauty brought to a difficult event. Wonderful customer service! I emailed at 6:30 on a Monday morning with a custom/specific bouquet request for a funeral. I was pleasantly surprised at the email I received just a few minutes later telling me they were checking with their supplier and would be right back in touch. Within 20 min I received another email telling me the could fulfill my request and provided a cell number for contact. After confirming details and such a picture of the bouquets were sent to me for approval prior to delivery! I cannot say enough good things regarding the excellent customer service I received as well as the beautiful arrangement! Although I’m from out of town I will Definitely keep them in mind for any future needs.
