I will never ever ever use Lowe’s again for any service after the care and quality I received from using a local service provider. The time they took to help me pick helped me choose a great choice. The showed up in days after my purchase to instal; which I greatly needed to move in on Xmas morning for my family. People walk in and love my carpet. You get what you pay for and this place is the best choice.
A great experience from start to finish. I spoke with multiple people on the phone while ordering flooring, they were all very nice and helpful. The flooring arrived quickly and they were able to schedule the installation shortly after that. The man who installed the floor was very polite, did a quality job, and cleaned up after himself. I definitely recommend their service!
Researched local flooring options and glad I did. Leora and Allen worked with us in-store. No pressure sales, but absolutely attentive to the customers wants and needs. Knowledgeable about their products and the process. Good communication. Moved quickly once we decided we were ready to purchase. Measurements were taken very soon after by Nancy and she answered some install questions I had then. Showed up on time and easy to talk with. The install crew were fantastic. Showed up on time when they were scheduled and cared about their work quality and my concerns. We covered about half our house in a vinyl plank.
