I have used Advantage EyeCare for many years and have always been extremely satisfied--Dr. Rutan found a detached retina and set me up with an eye surgeon immediately, which was really important time-wise. His staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciate the excellent care
The people are very nice and professional. The only issue I have is with them thinking I should show them my insurance card and drivers license every visit. The insurance is in their system and since I have been there several times I feel they should know who I am.
I am very pleased w/ Dr Rutan's knowledge & care. He takes time w/ me & explains things & asks if I have any questions or if I understand what he is explaining. The ladies are friendly & efficient & very helpful.
