Very easy to set appointment to have my septic tank pumped. Guy called before showing up to let me know he was on his way. He pumped the tank left an invoice and I called and paid the invoice over the phone. Easy, approximate 5 min of time of my time. Tech did a great job. Definitely would recommend this company.
