Excellent customer service from the front desk ladies. The doctor was great at explaining things. He also took the time to discuss my care and listened to my responses. Glasses are ordered and I will be back again when I need further eyecare. Thanks so much!
I have been having yearly eye exams at Clarkson Eyecare for years and I actually look forward to them. My husband and I are treated like we are their only customers while we are there. We are thoroughly evaluated and any questions are answered and explained until we completely understand. They offer a wide range of stylish frames and we are not rushed while selecting new frames and any help deciding is provided if we want help. I will continue to have my eye exams here and I am already looking forward to next year's visit!
In and out but never felt rushed. The office staff is always friendly and helpful and Dr Gober is very thorough in his exam and fun to talk with as well. He is always willing to give in to my curiosity about the eyes and that neat machine he has to check the eyes....patience in showing me how it works and why.
