I was having some intestinal troubles. Slow gut motility and constipation. I was feeling very sick. Drs were booked up so I decided to give Hydro Therapy a try. I am so glad I did. This route has been so much healthier on my body and I am seeing more changes in my intestinal health than I did previously with what I was doing. Helped me tremendously! I have been going to Avis Alternative for 6 years. Tamara was recommended to me by a friend. My job is very physical and I suffered from headaches, neck tension and locked up shoulder for many years. Since seeing Tamara I rarely have migraines or headaches. And haven't had any locked shoulder issues. I have also seen her for the hydro colon therapy which also was a help to my body. Her offices are always super clean. Tamara is very professional but also takes a personal approach to caring for me. I appreciate all the help she has given me for the past 6 years. Highly recommend her.
The atmosphere was very relaxing and the room was very clean and sterile. I had major nerves going in for a colonic, (I didn't want to make a mess) But she calmed me down and talked me through the whole process as we went on. This lady is FULL of so much interesting facts. The overall experience is a 10/10 in my books
