I have had 3 kids go through this program and not one issue. My daughter recently went through it and response was excellent, instructor was perfect, and she even tested with another instructor who also was wonderful. Not one complaint.

My son recently finished his behind-the-wheel driving with instructor Shannon Miller. I felt sorry for Shannon, knowing that my teenager rarely talked and responded in grunts and one-syllable words. However, after the first lesson, my caveman-like son was replaced with an enthusiastic and TALKATIVE teenager. It was a miracle! He said Shannon always made him feel comfortable and they talked about anything & everything every hour the logged behind the wheel. What kind of depraved person would want to ride in a car with a teenage boy with little driving experience? The person must have patience, knowledge, and nerves of steel. This person was, thankfully, my son's driving instructor at Always First. Her name is Shannon Miller and I believe her experience raising two children and knowledge from being a school bus driver makes her an expert. Yes, Shannon had the skills, knowledge, patience, and fortitude to train new drivers, but how would she cope with a grunting teenager who might answer direct questions with a should shrug or monosyllabic responses?
