Amazing! I don't think one could expect a better dentist visit experience. My mouth is super sensitive. Not all dentist offices treat this the same. I've had some bad experiences in the past at other places, which, of course, makes me want to skip regular visits. But, at Cicero Family Dental, everyone is so kind, professional, and understanding. And it's a no judgement zone! If you have concerns/fears about going to the dentist, give them a try! You'll be glad you did.
My name is Daniel and I have to say this dental office is the best, most family friendly practice I've ever seen. Taking my x-rays was made easy by Chris and Amanda. They were super friendly, professional and pleasant and funny and joy to talk to. Dr. Doug is very professional and competent. Very happy with the experience, and looking forward to both of my daughters having their first Dentistry experience right here in this office later this year.
I just moved to the area and had first appointment for a potential issue. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, once they realized I had an issue the moved my appt earlier. Dentist went over my current issue options and discussed other potential issues and the impact they would have. He spent much time with me and was not rushed. We now have a plan of attack.
