Rodger has been wonderful to work with. We have a cantankerous heat system at our house, but I know Rodger will have us up and running in no time. He’s willing to trouble shoot an issue before rushing to check the call off his to-do list. I feel like he listens to the issue and then thoroughly explains what the problem is before fixing it. I recommend giving him a call.

I have been working with 1st Call for many years and have always had a great experience. I have an a new system installed, as well as several yearly maintenance and repair jobs over the years. All have been handled very professionally, with prompt response, and fair pricing. I have had a great result every time that I have used them.

I called on Monday morning and Roger was here before noon, had my air up and running in no time. I can't thank him enough. He is really kind and friendly also gave me a few tips to keep it running smoothly. I will do the maintenance on it yearly from now on with him.
