They are professional and attentive till they get your belongings. After that they try to ghost you and continually push back the delivery date and apologize. It has been almost a month and they still have my belongings with no intention of letting me know when I will receive it. They used a 3rd party moving company to moving my belongings cross country which that company is acting the same way. Do not recommend.

Booking & Communication: From the beginning, communication was professional. I booked their service and the representative explained the process, including fees, timelines, and delivery expectations. I appreciated that they did well, like confirming details or following up regularly.
Handling & Transport: The item(s) were packed well and during transport and arrival. The delivery company used tracking to keep you updated.
