After several do it yourself attempts to clear our kitchen drain, (our equipment was not professional) I called Trapmasters. I think the plumber who came out was named Rob. He was great! He listened, he walked our basement overhead drain path and pushed his cable through the two inch pvc all the way into the larger pvc that ultimately leaves for the outside sewer line. He cleared our drain pipe. He cleaned up his work area and gave us drain advice to help us in the future. I was well pleased with his service and thus the company he works for. The charge was $300, which I think is reasonable for a plumber, his experience, wages, equipment, and company overhead.
I have been working with Trapmasters now for years and they are very thorough and knowledgeable. When the storms caused flooding in my basement the guys were here right away. It was more complicated than it should’ve been, but rather than take shortcuts several guys came in and out working on the issue together. They did a really thorough job and finally got things working again. Thank you Dan, Brian, Kenny and Todd. I really appreciate all your hard work and dedication. I highly recommend this company.
