I ended up here after having a complete rotator cuff repair. I was absolutely dreading this because of the pain I was already in. Jen and Nicci are the two therapist I’ve been with so far and they are the best! Zero judgment, total understanding, compassion and patience. I’m so glad the original PT office I was supposed to go to didn’t take my insurance. All 3 sessions I’ve done I’ve walked in ready to completely give up and in tears, by the time I leave I’m smiling, feeling better, feeling seen and understood which helps so much in this process. I highly recommend Innovative Physical Therapy. I am impressed with the level of care I have received and the time spent to help each patient individually. The staff seem genuinely passionate and friendly. Highy recommend!
Last year at this time, I began having stiffness, rigidity, pain and difficulty walking. I was sure it was arthritis in my hips and being 71 years old. I have been an active person and was struggling to exercise, walk for even sit for long periods of time. I woke up with pain every night. My PCP referred me to Dr. Keith Ellis for PT. I began in September of 2022 and was seeing Keith up until April of 2023. I recently walked and hiked 74 miles in 3 weeks on vacation! AND, I was able to sit in our truck to travel 1600 miles without pain, stiffness or numbness. Keith gave me my life back!
