The staff is professional, positive and very friendly. They go above and beyond as far as making one feel at ease. The hygienist , Sara. was informative and her knowledge base was extensive. The staff is the best!
Came in today for my 13 year old to get a cleaning and filling. Turned out her cavity was pretty bad and it was a much more complicated procedure than we expected. My girl was very anxious and nervous and Shannon did an incredible job of making her feel at ease, talking her down, and allowing us a moment to pray to ease her nerves. For a mom with an anxious child, it meant the world for someone to give her that space and grace. We ?? Shannon and the whole staff here! No place else I’d bring my kids!
I cannot recommend Chesterton Family Dental enough: the staff is incredibly nice and considerate. I used to panic before going to the dentist, now I am super comfortable and know I won’t be in pain at all.
