Thought I was being smart by installing a DIY Mr Cool Split Air system and it worked out fine until the control panel board on the compressor unit was blown out. I did that by cutting the power line while landscaping. Edgar at Buck's came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement board and got the system working again. He may be the only service guy for Mr. Cool products in all of NWI and I'd highly recommend him.

Technician was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He went thru how to set up this thermostat as it was different from the older one. They were running a no trip fee promo which made the cost very reasonable.
