West Shore will probably make training videos about our experience. Almost everything that could have gone "not according to protocol" did exactly that. The takeaway, though, is that they have a level of customer service that I haven't seen in a long, long time. Our salesman, Drew, is the real MVP, he felt like family (the good kind) when we met him, and when issues arose after the install, he IMMEDIATELY connected us with Corey, the General Manager. Corey LITERALLY dropped everything at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon to come to our home to address our concerns personally. Yes, it was a bumpy road, but in the end, we are glad to have traveled it and would absolutely do business with Drew and Corey at West Shore Homes again.

Didn't have any trees removed, but I asked if they could give us a chip drop from other trees they'd mulched. They came by the same day. Very friendly. Very careful. Very fair price. I will definitely be calling again in the future.

I Just came from A&J auto repair. My fiancée thought she could smell anti freeze so I figured I should get it checked out. Josh pressure checked coolant system and searched for leaks and found none. No charge for inspection. Nice guy great shop. I will be back if I need any work done in the future.
