We had our attic fan replaced by Proferred Handyman. We initially called on Tuesday and they had Kyle come out to quote us on Thursday. He surprised me because he came back a couple of hours later available to do the job that came day.
Very professional look, knowledgeable, and taught me exactly what had happened that caused our fan to go out (faulty thermostat caused it to continuously run). He was in and out in less than 2 hours and I can't compliment him enough.
Good price and I love that there is an option to tip the workers separately.
The team was professional and respectful. They went over the work I requested to verify their records matched my request. They reviewed the work with me when completed to make sure it was completed.
I hired Proferred Handyman to replace a damaged fascia board. The two men they sent were absolutely wonderful. I enjoyed chatting with them while they worked, and they clearly explained what needed to be done when the job ended up being more complicated than originally expected. The receptionist that I dealt with over the phone when I initially called for an estimate was also very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely use them again if I need work done.
