My furnace went out, I called Williamsons and they were available to come out within 2 hours to look at it. The furnace is pretty old but they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it within an hour while being honest with me about probably wanting to think about replacing the system in the future. They could have easily told me there was nothing to do and I needed a replacement now but they were extremely honest and able to buy me some time for now. He also went over estimated pricing (per my request) if I'm interested in the future. There was no pressure at all. Very honest, fast and good work! Highly recommend and appreciate!
Such great company and so easy to work with!! Wayne was wonderful to work with!! He was so quick to get back me and got us in right away! I would highly recommend them!! Very professional and did an all around great job! We will definitely be using them in the future and referring to all our family & friends!! Thank you SO much for getting our AC back on track!!
