My experience is for a skin cancer removal Dr Zeph did. From the moment I entered the waiting room, the assistants were friendly, professional and reassuring. Dr Zeph explained the procedure in detail and gave me detailed instructions about what I would need to do and what I could expect. Surgery was in Carmel Ambulatory clinic - fantastic staff!! I’m approximately two months post surgery and the scar is so thin and neat (if that makes sense)! Like his assistants, Dr Zeph is very patient with questions, kind and it’s obvious he is a gifted and experienced surgeon.

I recently got a Groupon for 3 facial peels here. There weren't too many reviews online, so it kind of felt like a gamble. But the place was great, with a sleek but down-to-earth feel. The facials were actually pretty enjoyable, considering I had paid to get acid put on my face. Wendy, the licensed esthetician, was awesome - professional, super nice, fun to chat with, and paid attention to detail. So far she's the only person ever to send me handwritten thank you notes for being a client.

The receptionist is so sweet and kind. The lady that set up my surgery was a breath of fresh air. The whole office is relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Zeph is a great doctor, he is so down to earth!
