On a day where no one else was open because of the cold temps… Walmart (Qi) specifically was able to help me and set me up with rushed shipping so that I would have my sunglasses before vacation. Very friendly and super helpful.

I decided to have my old glasses fitted with my new prescription. The lady working was too busy on her phone, I had to ask excuse me. At that point I'm like do I want to deal with this place. Then Erwin came out he's the man, he took his time fitting 3 pairs and explained the process. I received the glasses in about a week. They did break one pair, however replaced it with a like kind frame. Good service for sure.

Had a wonderful experience with the help from the optician, Lora. She was friendly and a great problem solver! Made my visit as smooth as possible and really appreciated her professionalism.
