The Roof Squad came to our assistance immediately. Selling our home and the buyers were wary of our roof age…they wanted too much credit and The Roof Squad did an evaluation within 24 hours after request. The buyer and us negotiated fairly due to The Roof Squads fair evaluation!! Win, win and I’d say The Roof Squad was the winning touch for the buyers satisfaction and our confidence in the deal. Chris was great and the reason we went with these guys besides their good rating. He noticed we have an old original roof built in 69 and that it needs a complete resheeting. Nobody else caught that and while could be considered a bummer better to know up front full costs than be caught mid project with lots of unexpected expenses.
After a recent storm, our roof sprung a leak and we had water marks in our bedroom. The insurance adjuster was only going to replace a handful of shingles. Called the roof squad and they really fought for us. The insurance finally approved a new roof and Robs crew came out and did a fantastic job!
There was one issue. During the initial inspection, the guy from roof squad made some promises that we found out later he shouldn’t have. It was disappointing, but he did do a great job fighting for our new roof.
