Based on the reviews, The GOAT Plumbing Company is a professional team with exceptional communication. They are knowledgeable and explain issues in great detail. Technicians are right on time, very professional, and consistent with finding and fixing issues. The team is honest, hard working, and shows up with a great attitude. They get the job done quickly, executing work like water softener installs and sewer line repairs in a timely fashion. The GOAT took accountability and fixed a damaged sub pump pipe with no additional charge. Customers appreciate the service and will recommend The GOAT to everybody, using them again for future plumbing issues. The team is thorough and does not slack off.
The GOAT team was very professional and their communication was exceptional. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable, explained the issue in great detail and then executed the water softener install in a timely fashion. GREAT experience!
We have been remodeling the main bathroom in our 100+ yr old home, and during the course of our work, our cast iron sewer line broke open. The GOAT was able to send a technician out the next day to assess the work and give an estimate. The following day, another technician arrived to complete the job. The damaged line was cut out and replaced within about 5 hours, and everything looked great. About a month later, we realized that the technician had accidentally cut into our sub pump drain line, and it was leaking. Alec South is a very honest and hard working employee. He shows up with a great attitude! He is very thorough with his work and doesn't slack off. If there is a problem, he can fix it. He has showed up and found the probably almost immediately and got it done quickly.
