Worst experience ever. Doesn’t listen to anything we say. And they only do shampooing and the hair wash in the MVP package if we ask her twice. Not even worth other sports clips were much better.

I’ve been here a few times now, and honestly it’s been pretty frustrating. The last couple times I went, the store didn’t even open on time—I ended up waiting around 15–20 minutes, and no one answered the phone when I tried calling. On top of that, my last haircut just wasn’t good, and the stylist came off way too aggressive. At this point, I won’t be coming back to this location.

This location is a good place to get your haircut and sometimes offers MVP Punch Cards where you can save money on at least one of your cuts and they usually last about 6 months. There is inconsistency from store to store as to what is offered and the pricing is a little high in the Carmel locations. The All-Star neck trim which is a neck trim with shampoo and hot towel can be different pricing at different locations which makes no sense and directly affects the tip that might be given to the stylist. Just because someone prices something higher doesn't mean you're going to tip higher. You may end up taking the tip down because you know the owner is overcharging and not respecting their stylists.

Edited:Allison left and no clue where she went!! When I called the girl said she works at another location. Can you tell me what store please?!? Not every stylist is the same by far. But we found Allison when she was working at the Westfield location for a day in September and she was so nice to my 10-year-old boy and did an awesome haircut. He is on the autistic spectrum and she was the best. So much so, she told me her home location, and we traveled to that one for this haircut and will continue to travel to see Allison.

I enjoy the sports themed atmosphere and the online check in process with text alerts. The location on 126th and Gray Rd is very clean and well maintained by the employees. Lastly, I also enjoy the ladies who cut my hair--they all have good personalities and we always share a laugh or two about something or another while I'm getting my hair done.

Scheduled for a later haircut this past Sunday. LaLa was very easy to get along with and she did a great job. All I wanted was a standard cut. Right now I’ve been wearing hats for work due to its environment. I didn’t ask for much since wanted just a ‘standard standard’ haircut. LaLa quickly took the time for putting in ‘stylistic details’ to the haircut. Glad she did. Actually go along with my haircut.
Recommend LaLa. Hope other customers experience her skills as a Stylist just I did…!!
