I can’t say enough good things about Restore Your Core. I’ve lived with chronic pain and complex health issues for years and have tried what feels like every therapy out there with little to no lasting improvement. A doctor recommended Restore Your Core, and I am so grateful they did.
This is the first place that has looked at my body as a whole system instead of isolated problems. They don’t just give you exercises—they teach you how your body is meant to function together. I’ve learned simple but powerful adjustments in how I hold and move my body that have made a noticeable difference in my daily pain.

When I was first referred to Restore Your Core, I didn't know what to expect. My experience has been amazing. The ladies there are so professional and really listen to my concerns. I have worked with 4 of the therapists at the Carmel location, and they all compliment one another in their style of therapy. I have had mobility issues and stiff muscles my entire adult life, and they have not only been able to improve my mobility, but, they are willing to pivot if I come in and have a problem that needs to be addressed. I love Restore Your Core!
I started my therapy journey last year in March. I was scared, hesitant and didn't know what to expect. I almost turned around and not shown up. I walked in and it was an instant calming environment. I worked with Jordan and she's amazing! She has helped me so much and I can't thank her enough! She's super nice, understanding and will help guide you through the battle! I highly recommend this place!
