Shelby was my hairstylist and she did an amazing job!! This was my first professional haircut & color in 3ish years and I’m so glad I trusted her! She is extremely skilled and listened to exactly what I wanted. Most importantly, I felt super comfortable and welcomed in her space!!
Omg! I just got extensions, cut, and dye with Shelby and i am OBSESSED! She is so sweet and very talented!!! The whole vibe there was so sweet, everyone was smiley and happy!! I highly recommend this shop! I’m never going anywhere else for haircuts/hairdos! I cannot wait to go back in a few weeks!
Phillip and the whole team at Pure Concepts are amazing from start to finish! Phil is attentive and creative with both cuts and color. He always listens to my requests and comes up with the best plan for my hair. It is by far my favorite salon in Carmel, for both service and fun!
