Had a bit of a mix up in getting my physical therapy scheduled after knee replacement surgery. The main OrthoIndy hospital supposedly scheduled my initial PT appointment but when I showed up at the scheduled time, no appointment was in the system for me.
The staff worked really hard to figure out a solution to see me even though they were fully booked for the day. One of the therapists offered to see me on his lunch hour so I would not have to wait any additional days.

Emma has been PT for about a month now. She's very personable and caring and each session gets feedback on prior treatments so we can quickly get to the root of my issues. Highly recommend!
