My daughter and I visited this evening and she left disappointed in the quality and color of her gel nails. When we voiced our disappointment we were called back in and the owner made things right. They went above and beyond to make my daughter feel heard, understood and special. The tech took his time and said his goal was for her to be happy with her nails and experience. The salon was clean, relaxing music and a very warm and inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend!

My best friend just treated me to a gel manicure and a luxury pedicure with Maya at Luxe Nails. I needed something special after few difficult months. Maya was fantastic! My nails look and feel beautiful. She even helped me pick the perfect colors.
The place is spotless and everyone there is so gracious, kind, and welcoming. I'm visiting from out of town, and next time I'm in Carmel, I will plan another mani-pedi with Maya! Highly recommend everyone over at Luxe nails.

I went in for a gel x set of nails and Sony was really nice and gave me a good experience. He was very detailed and made sure to check in with me when he was doing my nails. I will definitely be coming back. Great service from everyone.
