A wasted trip for a Toyota recommended body shop even with an appointment. My wife drove our 4Runner over an hour in hopes of getting an estimate at a Toyota recommended body shop after it was hit while parked. The lady said she couldn’t see any damage and wouldn’t write up an estimate. When my wife tried to show her how the bumper rubs the tire when it turns, she refused to go outside because it was raining. She told my wife to come back on a day when it was dry.

My wife had his car repaired there. We got the car and I was getting ready to replace her flat tire. As I was getting ready to get the jack, found out that I was not there. I called them and said will replace it. I called and called and left messages but nothing is getting done.

My Toyota rov4 is just small scratch, 10 days still not finish yet, I guess the most people use rental car During repairs , that's must have same kick back from rental car、even after they finished job, they have quality check, that's takes another few days
