Chad was fantastic to work with. He was quick to respond to texts and fit us in within 3 days. Chad is one of the most thorough home inspectors I’ve ever come across. He is extremely detail-oriented and took his time to make sure he did a diligent job, and he didn’t miss a single thing!! Chad did a great job on our inspection and caught so many things that potentially could have cost us thousands if we had not gotten a good inspection. He's reliable, trustworthy, and efficient. My husband and I were trying to buy our first home and Chad was so helpful. He got us in quickly and even stayed longer than scheduled due to the seller not having keys and a locksmith having to come out and let us in. He really took the time out to talk about everything he found and broke it down in detail in terms that made sense to us. He even got the report back to us in less 24 hours. He was very personable and we would recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection. We will definitely use him in the future!
