This was the first time I used Classic Cleaners and the attendant on duty was extremely helpful. I was to pick up dry cleaning the next day after 5 pm. I received a telephone call about 4 o’clock to let me know she would like to run it thru the dry cleaning process one more time as the stains did not come completely out. I inquired if there would be an additional charge for this extra service and was told ‘no’. I really appreciate their attention to detail and it showed me that they honestly care about their customers. I certainly will be a repeat customer. Thank you so much for caring!!!
Although I expected totally automated system without human touch, I could get a human help from the inside. The small door by the automated system was open and the people inside were ready to help customers outside operate the screen and the keyboard. I liked the human support.
Such w pleasant experience working with a place that is excellent at what they do with amazing customer service! I had given up hope if ever getting a stain out but decided it was worth one more try. They were so friendly and promised to do everything they could- and they were successful!!!! They even called to let me know it was done before the promised time. Will ALWAYS use them!
