I just want to take this opportunity to say how grateful I am for the patience I and personal concern of Teagan, my trainer. When Adam Woods left I considered going to a different location. Adam suggested I work with Teagan. I stayed with Body Outfitters and am glad I did .
The trainers really make sure you’re pushed hard and doing everything CORRECTLY so as not to injure yourself. I’m in love with my trainer Emileigh and want to keep her around for life! I’ve never been able to lift as much as I can now and their diet program helped me fix a ton of bad eating habits too. I’ve lost 45 lbs thanks to them!
We love having Casey as our trainer and we always look forward to working with him. Everyone else who works here is also very nice and fun to be around. We are hooked and YOU CAN TOO.
