Very frustrating scheduling. If you're lucky enough to land an intake appointment, you may be met with the rude and uncaring representative that I had. Then, you are not even guaranteed to have a consistent caregiver who will help manage your meds, but a different one instead. Therapists can only see you once every 3 weeks or so, and they may spend the first 20 minutes out of the 50 given doing paperwork that can easily be done outside of the short amount of time. Customer quality care is alright, and a 24/7 crisis line provided by Aspire is available, so it isn't all terrible. I just wish people in this area took healthcare as careful and as serious as it should be.

My doctor is very easy to talk to about my issues. She is very receptive and gives me options for what fits me best. I feel reassured that my problems are normal and there is no reason to feel embarrassed or uncomfortable.
