“The staff here are excellent. They surgeon is very sweet and so are the techs. My 2 year old pitty mix had a torn ACL and they were able to do x-rays and get a game plan all in one appointment and were able to schedule the surgery within a month. They don't offer payment plans, but do offer some sort of pay-back credit and I do believe they take pet insurance.Their quote included everything; cone, implant hardware, anesthesia, medications as well as 2 follow up visits. I hope I don't have to see them in the future, but I will definitely go back to them if I ever need vet surgery services again. They took very good care of my pup and she is doing so well!“

When I was losing my first dog she offered to come to my house in the evening to put him down if necessary to allow time for my other dog to understand and adjust to what was happening. “Don't write many reviews but I've been bringing my cats here for 14 years. I moved around alot with the railroad and had plenty of vets, went through hurricane Katrina and took in a number of rescues. Dr Sue is perfect in that she isn't, great human being. Staff trys really hard. Haven't always been 100% happy with them ,but 14 years. These are the best I have dealt with, perfect no. But I know the best when I see it. You couldn't ask for any for more caring ,giving or attentive people.“

They make it their mission to make the animals feel safe and comfortable - they keep track of what treats and techniques each animal responds to, and wait to do any exam or shot until the animal is comfortable.
