I called and scheduled a routine septic maintenance. They came out to pump out our septic tank. I was not home when they were here. When I went to check on the septic tank the lid was not secured. Someone or something could have fallen in. Seems like a big oversight to me.

I called late in the evening the receptionist Krysta was great and helpful with everything! American Pumping really came through for me when I needed help! I'm in Lafayette and they got me in the next day! I highly recommend them!

They were very quick on responding to my needs and cautious where they parked the truck and ran their hoses so they wouldn’t damage any of my property. Overall a great experience! I would recommend this company over and over from the experience I had with them. Thanks again!!
