She used a 2 guard, which is a 1/4 in, and chopped it all off. He got really depressed because of it bc he really takes pride in his hair. We will go back and see some of the other guys there but not go to her. Seemed like she was more involved in the music and the lady selling cheap supplies than paying attention to what her clients want.“
