I was coming down 65 with my RV when I cracked a rat somewhere north of Rensselaer and had to pull off and look for help. The locals told me to head over to that Joe's Bargains in Buffalo and they'd get me fixed up. Joe told me to talk to Joe. Apparently everybody that works there is named Joe, but ok. He takes a look and explains to me that I threw a Trupek rod. Now, that was surprising to me because that was a high-end Trupek rod. It was a Mopar Trupek. Anyways, he was able to get me a new one and get me back on my way to Tall Timbers. A+ work.

Joe Jr and Sr are the best, whenever I am in a pinch they're there and have my needs met without any issues. They're the only ones that I trust with my camper! Thanks again guys for being the best!

We were on our way for a 4 day camping trip in our motorhome. 20 mins down the road the wife said the Air Conditioner wasn't working. I knew I was near Joe's so I headed there. I asked for his help but told him I didn't expect him to drop everything and help me but if he could I would greatly appreciate it. Although he told me he wasn't familiar with my motorhomes basement air unit he did help me diagnose my problem and even went as far as calling his residential heating and ac friend to bring a part he needed. Unfortunately we didn't get it fixed because the part that is bad is located inside the several hundred pound ac but he did diagnose the problem for me to be able to fix it. It was great having him and his friends experience and help in our time of need.Service: Air conditioning
