They been my veterinarian since they opened their practice, my dog became critical sick, I call the emergency phone number, they never answer phone, I call back during normal hours, said they weren’t able to see my dog, cause there practice was shut down for remodeling, they told me to go call other veterinarian around, no one would take her, since my dog wasn’t a patient with them. I finally find a veterinary clinic down at Salem, they took her and saved her life. Brownstown clinic should have planned ahead and have another facility ready to take there animals in case of emergency. There were not care if my dog lived or died, im really disappointed in them.
