I had a good experience at my visit. I received a bill in the mail after my insurance paid, no biggie. I no longer have the piece of mail sent so I call to pay the bill and they cannot take payment and don’t know a number for me to call to pay it?! Told me to call 1-800-WALMART I spent 30 minutes trying to get a rep on the phone to figure out who I’m supposed to be paying this bill to and they couldn’t help me either. If I had services at this location why can I not pay my bill there? Or at least have the phone number for me to pay the bill at?

After having strokes I misplaced/lost couple very expensive prescription glasses. I consider myself lucky to have met Mr.Kathy at eye center ,where she was able to order me new glasses. She spent her time answering all my questions,picking frames with me, being very friendly and just a lovely person to talk to. Then I also encountered Nathan ,who was able to finalize my order and payment . Just a sweet and lovely person. I really wish them to be treated good by their supervisors and customers because that kind of customer services is almost impossible to encounter anymore. God bless them both.

My 5 year old broke his glasses today at school, I immediately brought them to this Walmart to be repaired. Let's just say Chelsea has awesome customer service skills ???
