Callie really listened and customized her massage to my needs. It was a wonderful experience.

Studio A Body Therapy was a place I found near me through a Google search. I am glad I went. As an older person, I needed some body work as my regular workouts were starting to hurt. Callie Willoughby was my therapist and one hour with her undid my years of abuse. My first experience with a full body massage has completely altered how I intend to approach my workout and mindfulness routines from here on out. Make an appointment, you won't be sorry!

I've struggled with mental health and chronic medical issues for years. I've been in traditional therapy for a long time and just wasn't making the progress I was looking for on my healing journey. I started seeing Callie for trauma informed massage, took the Feel to Heal program, and now work 1:1 with Allie. I am learning to listen to my body and how I'm not broken.....I just needed a different set of strategies to work through things. Even if you aren't sure what's wrong-- chronic anything, trauma, mental/emotional things.... your body is involved. Highly recommend any of the drop in classes to get started.... you'll be so thankful you did.
