I took my cat there today to get her vaccinations. When we pulled in the parking lot there was a sign stating they were closed for an employee meeting until 5PM. That’s the time people pick up the pets that had surgery that day so no vaccination’s today. I wish they would’ve put that on their website. My cat gets very stressed on car rides and we wasted two hours. I was not the only person who was upset.

Staff are very knowledgeable, kind, patient is providing high quality service at a low price. I love this place above and beyond the many low cost spay neuter places in Indy area. It's worth the drive. They are so gentle and kind with dogs and cats and their humans. Truly a gem!

Been coming here for a few years. Can't beat the price but if you need to speak to someone, good luck. Very frustrating that they wouldn't return my multiple voicemails and one email. They said they would approve a chewy rx but failed to mention that they wouldn't approve something that they sell in the office. My request was denied because they told chewy my dogs were not up to date on their shots. This is when I left voicemails to find out if this is true or a an oversight. Pretty sure my records showed they are utd. Since I couldn't get a return call I had to pack up my 2 dogs and bring them to the clinic only to confirm that my dogs are utd they just wont approve a rx when they sell the med. Something a simple return phone call could have solved. Not a huge deal I guess, except it is also an hour drive for me. I'll continue to come here because it is cheap, but dont expect a return phone call. Maybe they will fix it, let's hope.

They were very thorough with our bernese and poodle. No issues after surgery for our spay and neuter surgeries. Everything they told us to expect - no surprises. Highly recommend.

Somehow, our cats came down with feline parvo. It was devastating. We lost one of our cats and 6 newborn kittens. The ongoing support and care we received over the next few weeks was vital to the survival of the rest of our cats. They trained me on how to properly disinfect and administer daily IV fluids at home to keep them alive. They have made it out and are happy and healthy now. We would have lost them had it not been for the doctor taking such investment in our case. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
