Our experience with Kitchen Master was great from start to finish - which is saying something because they patiently waited for us to get our cabinets installed for over a year after our initial countertop meeting and purchase (supply chain issues impeded our cabinets from IKEA which delayed everything else). Sydney helped us with choosing our countertop and later with choosing a backsplash. She was great about touching base with us periodically as we waited for our kitchen to get finished and was always friendly and punctual.
