Called in with a general question immediate rude tone from the xray tech Becky she was very short and a matter fact .. asked to talk to someone else she told me no and that she was the only one answering the phones … went in the day before because I felt my baby had pink .. he had visible gunk in his eyes along with being pink nurse treated him for an ear infection so now I have to go back for another provider to look at his eye because he woke up with one glued shut .. pretty positive it’s conjunctivitis …. Very annoying

I went here with burning bladder pain and frequency and urgency, which sounds like a UTI but the nurse cut me off and told me that it’s a UTI without me explaining the entire situation. If she let me continue I would have told her that I was at the ER and they already tested me for that and it was negative but instead they put me on antibiotics for it and for BV since I had that but she didn’t let me tell her that it’s been going on for two months she said “well that was two months ago” but I’ve been having lower left back pain and burning pain in bladder or “pelvic” area and the urgency and frequency. I get a call two days later saying my urine culture is clear and to stop taking the UTI medication which I didn’t due to being unsure if possibly the tests didn’t detect something. Well I did some research online and found that MAYBE it was constipation due to the bladder and colon being so close it can cause UTI “like” symptoms and including lower left back pain. So I did drastic measure and got mag citrate just to see if maybe I was just backed up for two months and no doctor would listen enough. And behold ✨ I am free of pain. I’ve been pooping my guts out but my lower left back pain is gone my burning bladder disappeared. The urgency is no longer there and the frequency is slowly going away. And finally I am at peace… yet with just “burning pain in bladder, urgency and frequency” is only symptoms of UTI COULD NOT BE ANYTHING ELSE. How am I a 26 year old gonna diagnose myself through google research and cured myself because a nurse didn’t want to hear the rest of my story. The healthcare is a scam clearly because I’m charge $600 to be told “ ITS A UTI BECAUSE YOUR SYMPTOMS ARE FROM A UTI” Maybe stop being in old medical ways and actually care to help people. I was in so much pain and you cut me off from explaining anything. But it’s okay now and I am better because I simply ✨diagnosed myself✨ 🤣🤣🥲

So lazy. If you close at 8, and I walk in at 720 with no one waiting, why couldn’t you treat my POISON IVY?? It’s so darn simple. And they’re so darn lazy. And I’m so darn itchy. Darn it.

The nurses and doctor that treated my wound are the most kindest, sweetest, and informative individuals. Everything was quick and easy. Definitely recommend.

This place is ridiculous. The girl working the front desk is the literal definition of incompetence and has no ability to answer any questions without running to the back to consult with someone. I called today to see if this facility could do TB and titers tests for someone volunteering at a hospital. The girl at the front desk had no clue, so she forwarded the call to someone on the “medical staff”. They picked up and told me they did do both, the skin test and the titers blood test. They told me to “just walk in”. We walked in this afternoon and the front desk girl scurried to the back to ask what she should do. Of course, nothing I was told on the phone was correct. The final answer from the back was they do the TB tests, but need a referral for a titers test. This place sucks.

I had been to a different urgent care 2 days before going to IU Health In Brownsburg. They gave me an antibiotic but did not do anything for my very swollen finger. Two days later it was still swollen and changing color. I went to IU Health and did not wait long to be seen. The NP was very kind and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff was also very kind.

My healthcare provider was wonder. She listened to my concerns, assessed my medical symptoms. reviewed my past medical history, including my blood pressure!! She helped me to understand what was going wrong inside my body (lungs) and prescribed all the medications needed for me to get back to feeling better. Answered, prayers! The intake professional was super nice, caring and even shared a lovely conversation to help me feel better. the lovely lady who took my vitals was very caring and was reassuring and told me i was in good hands. She was right
