This company is amazing. There isn’t a better flooring website I’ve found anywhere. We will be placing all our orders in the future from here. We have a lot of rental properties and to be honest if I could have found this website sooner I would have been ordering from here years ago. The ease of use and simplicity makes this a no brainer. We love our new LVP flooring and Dan and Greg did a great job with the install. That being said, my husband and I felt like someone from the company could have reached out and asked how we liked the floors and thanked us for the $12k that we spent on them. Being in customer service for over 30 years, this seems like something easy that could have been done to make us feel like our business was appreciated.

We had a pleasant experience dealing with Floors For You! They were very patient and helpful as we worked through the insurance claim process. Our installers were excellent too. They kept us well informed throughout the installation process. We will definitely return for any future flooring needs!
