I have been a customer at ExerciseInc for less than a year but the dedication by my trainer Amanda Gatlin pushing me makes me what to do more. It’s HARD! But nothing worth doing should be easy. However, I know I am stronger for doing this for myself each week and it will serve me in the long run. Doing something for your future and health you will never regret!!
Started with Exercise Inc at the recommendation of a friend prior to knee surgery. Amanda has been great, pre-op focusing on strength for muscles needed post-op all while using caution to not cause further damage. Post-op course was much easier going into surgery optimally strengthened and am now exceeding pre-op weights with improved balance and strength in daily activities. Challenging yes-but definitely worth it.
6 months ago I joined Exercise Inc to improve my health. The workout is 1 day a week for 20 minutes. You would think this training is not enough but it really is! Latest med results noted improvement in bone density & lower blood sugar.
