I started with Lauren after physical therapy at fast trac didn’t work for my long term goal of making a old shoulder injury feel better.After about 15 massages in 6 months I can now do a push up.No longer I’ve fallin and can’t get up.I will continue to get massages regularly in hopes to achieve my long term goals of getting around with no pain.Thanks Lauren
My massuse was Leslie. She asked alot of questions upfront which allowed her to focus on the areas I need and also allowed me to be very comfortable with her. The rooms are private and calming with warm tables and soothing music. As she began to work through my knots and stiff muscles, she continued to ask how I was. She was also providing some advice on how to prevent from getting so stiff to begin with. After the session I was relaxed and felt so much better. I will be back! Also, you get a discount for your birthday!!
