Brownsburg Animal Clinic provides compassionate care and understanding during difficult times. The staff is respectful, nice, and makes the process easy and timely. They explain the process step-by-step and offer comfort to pet owners. The clinic also shows empathy and accommodation, allowing owners to be with their pets until the end. The clinic is professional, affordable, and great at communication. The vets, including Dr. Brady, always go above and beyond to provide excellent care. The vet techs, like Jayda, are knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and truly love the pets they care for. The clinic has even saved the life of a dog that another vet's office had recommended putting down, guiding the owners through an emotional time with kindness.
I am not sure where to even begin with this review. We had to say goodbye to our dog yesterday. While I was filing my receipts I noticed that my card did not go through for the full amount. Instead of letting me know, one of the staff members used her personal card to cover the rest. I was completely unaware. The kindness, compassion, and empathy that we were shown was top notch and I could never express my gratitude. I will continue to use their services and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vet for their pets.
My dog Lizzy is nervous at the vet, and the doctors, veterinary technicians, and staff at BAC made her feel right at home when she recently had her first visit. Lizzy's second visit was for a professional dental cleaning. I trusted BAC to anesthetize Lizzy and examine and treat her mouth and teeth, and they did a fabulous job. Lizzy had her oral exam, dental scale/polish, and dental x-rays. Her recovery was smooth, and she even received a Certificate of Bravery. Thank you for taking care of my girl, BAC!
We were saying goodbye to our beloved Sally. And at this location they do have a very nice room that you can spend the last moments with your beloved, loved one and they were very professional about each step by step and are there for you if you need anything. And in my opinion, the cost for what you decide you want to spend is very reasonable with different options
