Customer service is clearly not Brook House expertise... or Courtney’s idea of making her customer feel amazing which is a given if a hairdresser. My daughter in law came in to be refreshed after being a key worker and working all through lockdown - with her birthday money wanted to feel better and came to Brook House! Initially, it looked lovely, however after 3 days it started to look brassy . She had smudged root?? Which went an orange and even after using a purple shampoo
Fantastic experience every time Courtney colours my hair. The customer service is always great! Friendly, experienced and always achieves the result I desire. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Such a shame I have to write this review because Ive heard amazing things about this salon but the customer service and hair skills are awful. My sisters asked for a platinum blonde and it did look great, until less than a week later when it went yellow??? When she went back they said they wouldn’t do a refund but they would do it again, and the same thing happened, it went yellow. When she spoke to them on FB messenger, they were disgustingly rude and patronising. They gave her half a refund, because the hairdresser wouldn’t pay her half
