Jonathan English came very prepared to offer us whatever we needed. He had great recommendations and advice. He’s a great guy and very respectful. We had a lot of damage on our metal roof and it was leaking in our house. However, Jon only does shingles. He gave us the name of a metal roofer he highly recommended, Carlos Martinez with Pro-Roof Metal Systems. Jon was willing to replace our metal roof with shingles and we were considering it. But with the amount of damage to our roof and expense, we decided to just do metal again. We appreciate all the time Jon spent with us and his advice. He’s very honest and told us like it is. Thank you Jon!
I would like to say that everything about this process has been exceptional. Chris, our salesperson, went above and beyond to make sure I was completely comfortable with our choices. Alex was amazing—always available to answer my questions and making sure we were happy every step of the way.
The crew was extremely respectful and professional, and although I can’t remember the office staff’s name, they were prompt, kind, and very helpful.
Last but certainly not least, I want to thank the owner for working with us and helping us stay within our budget. We truly appreciate the entire team and highly recommend them!
